MisFit Mosaics
Hi! I am Vicki Scofield, a mosaic artist. I hated seeing broken bits and pieces from my dinnerware replacement service being thrown away, so I took the opportunity to salvage some beautiful china and misfit jewelry pieces I acquire from estate sales and thrift stores; I turn them into one-of-a-kind jewelry pendants, hanging ornaments, bookmarks and serving items.
Each item is hand crafted, lacquered for durability and need only to be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The trays may have some imperfections, as they are "misfit!" Surfaces are not entirely flat as some of the "baubles" are above the lacquer line.
